Motherdoughnuts

These incredible doughnuts are made like all other Motherdough bakes with 100% natural fermentation. 

They are light, soft and have a perfect thin crust. 

Called "Bomboloni" in Italian, one of the strangest things is that they sell them on the odd beach during summer. The chap selling them screams out "Boooombolooooni buoni!" = Tasty doooooooughnuts. 

Get creative or keep them simple. Bomboloni means "big bombs" and you can drench your bomb with sugar or stuff with jam, Nutella or anything decadent.
