Pleasant Experience

I can only but highly recommend Motherdough for courses, online shopping as well as the sourdough culture. With very easy and understandable instructions I successfully activated my own Motherdough. Leavenski was activated on 6 April 2021 and I have baked amazing rustic sourdough bread (recipe from Motherdough) with him.

Mother of all Starters

Words cannot describe the starter i got. It is amazing and worked from the first batch like a super star. Not bad for a 101 year old.

Review

After a bit of a rocky start, I baked my first Rustic loaf on Saturday and am getting ready to do another one on Friday. Must try to get the crust harder. Will prove longer and try a hotter oven - perhaps 210
