At the end of the day you will be able to:

  • Prepare your Motherdough days in advance to get her ready for your big bake.

  • Understand the construction of the recipe and the technical aspects of getting fat and sugar into your dough.

  • Revisit the important aspects of gluten development and proofing in enriched doughs, unpacking the variables that affect fermentation and how to manage them.

  • Use your mixer effectively for the recipes

  • Mastering these base recipes which will serve you well as a solid foundation for all your future enriched sourdough baking.
The course is hosted at the Motherdough Studio in Woodstock and space is limited to only 6 participants.

This 1-day immersion is a fantastic gift idea too. 

The course is held on Thursdays from 9am to 5pm. It includes a light lunch.
