At the end of the day you will be able to:
Prepare your Motherdough days in advance to get her ready for your big bake.
Understand the construction of the recipe and the technical aspects of getting fat and sugar into your dough.
Revisit the important aspects of gluten development and proofing in enriched doughs, unpacking the variables that affect fermentation and how to manage them.
Use your mixer effectively for the recipes
- Mastering these base recipes which will serve you well as a solid foundation for all your future enriched sourdough baking.
The course is hosted at the Motherdough Studio in Woodstock and space is limited to only 6 participants.
This 1-day immersion is a fantastic gift idea too.
The course is held on Thursdays from 9am to 5pm. It includes a light lunch.
