She is predominately Rye & Barley with a small amount of wheat. She contains the same biome as Alfonsina. She supports incredible flavour development and provides rise in difficult dough.

It is best to feed her with our premixed food flour that can be used for feeding and baking. She well work very well in your low gluten bakes and "darker" breads.
