Made with only 100% hard durum Italian wheat, it is perfect for fresh pasta, pizza, and bread. This is responsibly grown, GMO-free semolina has the unique flavour of hard durum wheat that makes for an exceptionally golden crust and distinctly yellow pasta and bread.

Excellent for typical Southern Italian heavy-texture and crusty semolina breads and fantastic for pasta, either own its own or mixed with stoneground cake flour. 

Semolina is also great as a dusting flour.
