This 100% cotton muslin is extremely useful for covering your dough during final proving in bannetons or in a couche, and even during bench rest. This is particular useful when your dough is sitting out at room temperature. 

This proving cloth is weighted on all 4 sides with ropes in the seams, providing some stability to the cloth during the rest but without restraining the dough.
