Our Taralli are made with Motherdough™ culture that has been fermented for a week. This improves digestibility and gives them incredible flavour...
The tarallo is an Italian cracker of Apulian origin. (That's the region in the heel of Italy's boot.)
They contain no water. They are made with white wine and extra virgin olive oil. They are first boiled and then baked to give them the characteristic crumble and crunch.
A fantastic addition to a cheese platter or to eat as a bar snack. They're deliciously addictive.
