Choose a certain number of dishes from each section below. The number of dishes you can choose from each section depends your package choice

 

Optional Add-On:

  • Add one Secondo (meat dish) to the Light or Classic package for + R85 per person.
  • Secondi are served sliced or plated to share.

ANTIPASTI

Choose your antipasti options: 3 (Light) · 4 (Classic) · 5 (Feast)

 

Selection includes Motherdough breads with cultured butter and olive oil, plus your choice of:

 

  • Italian cured meats and cheeses with gnocco fritto (Parma ham, coppa, pecorino, gorgonzola dolce, honey, fruit mostarda)
  • Artisanal dairy selection (fior di latte, burrata, bocconcini) with cherry tomatoes
  • Tuscan crostoni with cannellini bean purée, roasted tomato confit
  • Mixed bruschette with toppings such as:
    • Tomato and basil
    • Black olive tapenade
    • Eggplant caponata
    • Whipped ricotta and lemon zest
    • Sauteed mushroom and marjoram flowers
  • Grilled seasonal vegetables with rosemary oil
  • Sicilian-style eggplant meatballs with mint and pecorino
  • Quiche with a fermented flour crust: Prosciutto | Mushroom | Trout & Spinach (choose 1)

For Feast option only - choose 1 secondo.

 

  • Veal Tonnato (served cold)
  • Rare Roast Beef with rocket, parmigiano shaving, baby tomatoes and olive oil (served cold)

  • Neapolitan-Style beef & pork Polpette in cooked in a rich tomato
