Shipping policy

We use The Courier Guy as our preferred partner. As soon as your shipment is loaded onto the manifest you will receive and email with a link to track your package's progress. 

A: We aim to ship in-stock orders within 72 hours of receipt of payment. 

B: For items with a lead time indicated at the time of purchase, we ship within 72 hours of receiving the items from our suppliers.

C: Standard shipping times are 3-7 working days once items come into stock.

Total time from ordering to delivery is the sum of A:B:C above. 

We ship anywhere in South Africa. We do not at this time deliver internationally. 

We regret that local pick-up from our Franschhoek location is not possible. 

Currently shipping is R119 flat fee nationwide for up to 13kg, and then R199 for up to 30kg. For larger orders we may levy an additional shipping charge.
