Rooted in our daily baking and naturally fermented breads, each offering brings together fresh pastries, considered ingredients, and eggs prepared to order. Inspired by Italian hotel breakfasts and adapted for the Winelands, these tables are abundant without excess, simple without compromise.

A bakery-first approach
Everything begins with our bread. We bake daily using naturally fermented doughs, and our tables are built around a Motherdough bread selection, cultured butter, and seasonal preserves.
Made to order
Eggs are prepared live and served on toasted Motherdough bread, allowing guests to build their plates as they please.
Ingredient-led
We prioritise simple, well-sourced ingredients — from nitrite-free bacon and smoked trout to seasonal fruit, local cheeses and house granola.
Designed for abundance
Our tables are generous by design. Guests are encouraged to return, share, and eat at their own pace.
