Our central bakery, where we make everything ourselves, is located in Franschhoek a couple 100m from our retail store.

During the summer the bakery runs 24 hours a day 7 days per week to maintain the different fermentation cycles for all our different recipes. This is a yeast free additive free zone and the bakery is specifically built to bake the way we do.
