We ship a partially hydrated culture to completely protect the biome. Dehydation, unless properly freeze dried damages the organisms in the culture which reduces performance and balance.
This culture must be kept the the fridge. Completely rehydrate and start your process with 2 days of delivery.

Clean label means making a product using as few ingredients as possible, using the simplest most wholesome ingredients.
