The peel is made from strong sturdy 18/8 stainless steel. The birch handle is sealed with a food grade oil hardened resin.

The Motherdough Peel is also a great partner to the Motherdough Baking Steel as the thin profile lets you slide your pizza on easily in the narrow space when your steel is close to the grill.
