Our lame has an ergonomic birch ply handle that is comfortable to grip with a strong sturdy 18/8 stainless steel mount to hold the blade. The handle is sealed with a food grade oil hardened resin.

This lame helps to score the bread to create "ears." Pro tip: Hold blade parallel to the counter and cut your dough with a peeling action. 

The handle comes with 5 blades.
